Provide in-home and community-based respite services to families caring for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and aging adults. Flexible scheduling available.
Coordinate services for aging adults with intellectual disabilities or autism, connecting individuals with medical, community, and aging-network resources. Experience in IDD and aging services strongly preferred.
